Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation and Deposit: A booking confirmation is secured once the client agrees to proceed with the payment of service in the online booking form.

Viewing Appointment: Clients must schedule a consultation appointment with our team to view the collection, preferences, and design ideas. This viewing session allows the client to customize and select from the available fabrics and embroidery design.

Design Approval and Measurements: Upon finalizing the design, clients will provide their measurements accurately. Any changes to the design must be approved during this stage to avoid discrepancies later in the process.

Fabric Selection: Clients will choose from our range of high-quality fabrics provided by the team. If specific fabrics are requested and not provided by us, they must be approved by our team to ensure suitability for the design.

​

Timeline and Completion Date: A timeline for completion will be provided to the client based on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We commit to delivering the finished garment by the agreed-upon completion date.

Alterations and Adjustments: Minor alterations are included in the service to ensure the garment fits perfectly. Any major alterations or design changes requested after the initial measurements may incur additional charges.

Payment: 50% Advance payment after confirming the order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the garment and before its collection or delivery. Payment methods accepted will be communicated to the client during the booking process.

Collection or Delivery: Clients can collect their bespoke garment in person or opt for delivery, depending on their preference and location. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation Policy
